It’s a total body fat loss routine that promotes building
lean mass (muscle) while also burning fat by following
an exercise regime that varies sets and intensity, 25
minutes of strength training followed by 20 minutes of
Interval Training.
Cardio training is conspicuously missing from this
program! There’s no need to waste your time on the treadmill or
eliptical thanks to the high intensity of the workouts.
Also not included is a diet plan. While this may be what
some people are most interested in, Craig relies more on
the weight training and exercise to change your body.
However, you do get a Turbulence Training nutrition bonus,
in which you find very simple instructions that will help you
calculate how much you need to eat to lose fat effectively
while showing you a simple technique to help you identify how
much you need to eat. No more calorie counting! This means
you get to enjoy your meals while you get the results you want.
With this program you train 3 days per week – resistance (weight)
